When I do my research on this Malaysia pet insurance for cats and dogs , only 2 company came out. If you guys have used any of this pet insurance company feel free to comment here.
1) MSIG pet insurance
First of all lets look at what MSIG pet insurance cover:
• Premium Distinction
• Medical Benefit
• Death Benefit
• Burial or Cremation Costs
• Advertising & Reward Costs for Recovery of Missing Pet
• Boarding Kennel & Cattery Fees
• Third Party Liability
Total there have 3 plans , plan 1 ,2 and 3 and the annual premium
For cat the lowest is 379.48 to 570.28
For dog is 654.02 – 987.92 . for sure the more you pay the more your pet get covered.
What sort of pets they covered.
Can all pets be insured?
We cover only micro-chipped cats or dogs, dogs with licensed by the Government or Public or Local Authority and aged between 12 weeks to 9 years at the commencement date of this Policy. We do not provide cover for any banned or restricted breeds, working pets, pre-existing injuries or physical disabilities.

For sure the things and premium that both cover are different.
MSIG have a Advertising & Reward Costs for Recovery of Missing Pet RM1,000 which oyen does not have.
And oyen will give free microchip for dogs if you get their dogs plus or dogs champion plan.
And dog champion has a vetmedical limit of RM8,000 , while MSIG the highest Veterinary Fees and Surgical Fees is RM5000
It really depends what you think is important , for me , just like human medical fees is always the higher the better.
