Bixpy vs DIY Motor Test and Comparison

In this video I review the Bixpy J2 and compare it to a DIY motor setup that I made. This test is on my Pelican Catch 110HD.
In this video I do a cost breakdown for building the DIY kit, but it has since come to my attention that there is a WAY EASIER way to make the DIY motor pod for this kayak... you can buy this Hobie Mirage Drive cassette plug on Amazon and then drill a 1in hole in the top and bottom of the black part to run your motor shaft through.
