My 1995 Volvo 850 started giving starting issues due to this relay I would get sporadic codes and I will sent on many wild goose chases one day I decided to just start taping on relays the injection relay clicked and I heard the fuel lines feed then I decided to go and try to crank the car and it started right up. tap relay with key turned to on position.
