Ingredients -

Serving 1-2 Person

200 grams Bhindi/Okra
1/4 Cup Besan/Chickpea Flour
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
As per taste Salt
2 tsp + 3 tbsp Refined Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
1/4 tsp Asafoetida/Hing
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

Serve it with Roti/Bhakhri/Paratha
