This meditation uses harmonic relationships and synchronicity of pulse to encourage your energetic system and brain hemispheres towards balance. As the track progresses, moments of alignment increase in duration so as to promote a more lasting state.
Instruments include my three 'Trinity bowls' that I use in treatment sessions to balance energy.
You might want to imagine that the bowls are orbiting around your body, harmonising the areas where they chime. The high harmonics are playing my favourite 'cosmic chord'. The bowls and chimes are tuned to Om, the frequency of one orbit of the Earth around the sun.
