I want to share some of my family's favorite meals with you! You are not going to believe how easy and quick they are to throw together AND how delicious they taste!

Here's the recipes!

Sautéed Chicken
2 lbs chicken, diced
2 TBS olive oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp italian seasoning

Heat oil in skillet. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp italian seasoning to oil and allow to brown.
When oil is hot, add chicken. Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp italian seasoning.
Stir as needed to keep chicken from burning on one side.
Cook until all moisture is gone and chicken is browned.

Crispy Potato Squares
8 potatoes
2 TBS olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Dice potatoes.
Rinse in water until water comes out clear.
Dry potatoes in a towel to remove all moisture.
In a bowl, coat the potatoes with 2 TBS olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in air fryer on 400 F for 15 minutes, moving potatoes halfway through cooking.

Pimento Cheese Spread

8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese
1 C mayonnaise
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 (4 oz) jar of diced pimentos, drained

Cream together mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
Serve on bread or with crackers.

Chicken Alfredo Sauce
1 stick butter
1 1/2 C heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 C Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 C sautéed chicken, recipe above

Add butter and cream to large pot. Heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add salt, seasoning and garlic and stir constantly for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add 2 C Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Add chicken and stir well.
Serve over your choice of pasta.

Iron Skillet Hamburger Patties
2 lb hamburger meat
1 TBS salt
2 tsp pepper

Heat iron skillet or griddle to medium/high heat.
Mix up meat to combine.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Roll 1/4 lb meat in palm of your hand until well formed. Press into a patty. Create a divot in the center of the patty using your finger to ensure even cooking.
Continue with remaining meat.
Cook in skillet for 3 minutes, flipping sides each additional 2 minutes until burgers are well done, 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
