The villas were designed by Modern Villas in collaboration with top Belgian architects and measure approx. 500 (real) m2 of internal space

They will be constructed by a Belgian-managed high end constructor in Marbella giving the highest guarantees.

The first villa will be built on a plot of over 4000m2 with not only sea views but also extremely beautiful, panoramic golf views; overlooking several holes and water features of the iconic Marbella Club Golf Resort and offering wide views all the way to La Concha.

At this point the villas can still be personalized both in terms of layout and finish so we recommend an early visit. Visits to show homes in Marbella or Belgium can be arranged. Construction start is expected in August and delivery should be end 2020.
