MiG-29 vs Su-27 - Ethiopian-Eritrean Air War 1998-2000 (Part 2)

The second phase of the Ethiopian-Eritrean War continued in February 1999. Both sides used the pause to acquire much more capable fighters. Ethiopia purchased Su-27s from Russia while Eritrea bought MiG-29s from Ukraine. Those two types would soon meet in actual engagements. Which side ended as the clear winner?
