Using Bill Fauth's Canon R3, I photograph college soccer. Heather used her R7 and we both used the RF 100-500 telephoto lens. It was interesting trying out the R3 and impressive shooting in electronic shutter mode with zero rolling shutter distortion. When we shoot sports with the R7 or the R6, we have to switch to the mechanical shutter because those cameras don't have an ultra-fast stacked sensor like the R3.
