Hi guys! Come with me as I make this beautiful stenciled geode cake!
The main cake is a darker tan buttercream and the stenciled buttercream is a light cream color. I use American Buttercream.

I also made some chocolate fans for the top out of this incredible mold I bought on Amazon!

The chocolate fan is very easy to make. I melted white coating melts and then transferred them into a piping bag. I piped the chocolate inside of the mold. Then I inserted a wooden skewer into each one. I tapped the mold on the counter to get out any air bubbles. Then I froze the entire thing. After 30 minutes I took the chocolate out of the mold. I painted it with edible gold bling highlighter from Pepsy Cakes.

The geodes are made by cutting out a small piece of cake and spreading buttercream and adding rock candy. I like to paint the rock candy.

To finish off this cake I added beautiful fresh flowers.
