In between lots of laughter, I get a real sense of this legend and of a group whose music and ethos created messages of love and hope and going beyond limitations.

Lamont is still creating and producing music today and even though he does not go on tour with The 5th Dimension, due to a back injury many years ago, Lamont is still doing his own thing.

It was a pleasure to interview such an iconic legend. I was truly inspired. There is always so much to learn from these legendary old skool icons.
