Dan Schmitt and Team Chicago traveled to Villa Park, Illinois to ride new Royal Enfield motorcycles. MCC (Motorcycle Center), located on St. Charles Road just west of Illinois Route 83, invited the crew from Royal Enfield to display their motorcycles and welcome motorcyclists to test them. Dan had the opportunity to ride the Royal Enfield Scam and the Royal Enfield Continental GT. First, Dan looked around the MCC showroom, then Dan rode the Continental GT 650 Twin after listening to Wendy Edwards, the Event Manager for Royal Enfield. The course for the riders was approximately 12 miles and there were three Royal Enfield guides taking care of the group. After explaining the manufacturing of these motorcycles and other British motorcycles, Dan listened to his old friend, Cyril Friend, tell the tale of how he acquired his Triumph 1050 and the tale of the missing ROCK. Dan concludes this clip by riding the Royal Enfield Scam. This is a dual-sport motorcycle with a 411cc single cylinder engine.
