Paul Reynolds (Australia) (Gold) (Hotshot dance troupe worker from Sydney) versus Mark Everitt (United Kingdom) (Red) (Residential care worker from Boston, Lincolnshire)

Notes: Out of all the events, The Wall finally appears in the final of the second Ashes series for the first time since the heats which was supposed to be in two heats as part of a base of appearance as the main event.

Powerball is not in the final of the second Ashes series, but it is supposed to be in the final as part of a base of appearance in the final in an event line-up as the main event and a favourable event. Instead, Swingshot is in the final of the second Ashes series of Gladiators in an event line-up.

Pendulum appears in the final of the second Ashes series of Gladiators.

Prizes: Winners will each receive £6,000 (AUS $12,000). Runners-Up will each receive £2,000 (AUS $4,000).

Absent: Ace and Rhino (United Kingdom) and Tower (Australia).

Only the Gladiators cameo in the final of The Ashes 2 1996 by supporting the Australian finalist contenders: Delta, Fury, Glacier, and Storm (Australia).
