Our base car was one of the most iconic cars in India. The maruthi suzuki Zen.The customer didnt want anything too loud or overly done.His only complaint was the tires rubbing the wheel arch inner since he had upgraded to 15 tires & alloys. The car was already painted completely before it came to us.
We wanted to go with the Beach Buggy Style wheel arch, rather then the conventional full arch. Also we wanted make the headlamps and grill integrated as a single unit.
But as we progressed the previously done paint job wasnt good. The putty paste started cracking off the cars panels.
So eventually ended up painting the complete car to the Ultra Gloss Brilliant Red.

We also put a lot of thought into the functionality of the custom made Bar LED headlamps and tested it before installing on the car.

We have put in almost 400 hrs for this total build.

Hope you guys appreciate the amount of effort that has gone into creating our very own version of the Indian icon.
