After The Trio vs. Blogger Jowas shopping challenge, we're now giving you a very fun and entertaining cooking challenge (to be honest, ang kapal ko kasi we all know Miggy's the best cook here lol). We wanted to create something easy for you guys to also be able to do at home and decided to recreate Erwan's dishes, specifically the Purefoods corned beef series. Ever since I was young (and up until now), corned beef is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. I would always eat it with rice and never thought I could actually do so many ways with it. It's literally #PurefoodsDelateDoneRight. Miggy and Joni did corned beef hash and Camille and I did Kimchi fried rice with corned beef. Happy watching! x
