Let's talk about one of the (many) disturbing villains from Batman Beyond, Ira Billings, also known as Spellbinder. We'll start off by looking at his comic book counterpart, and how the creative team took inspiration from a variety of comic book characters before settling on their version of the character.

Spellbinder really is one of the most detestable, deceptive villains in the entire DCAU.
