The G.M. Mark 1 was the first true mass-produced MS in the federation. Its name stands for Gundam Mass Production, and similar to that suit, it has the same or similar weapons. However, due to it being a mass-produced MS, some cost-cutting was made, mostly armor and weaponry-wise. The series of G.M.'s would still continue even into Gundam Hathaway with the Gustav Karl, which took both G.M. and Jegan tech to create the best Chonky guardian to protect and serve federation assets.
