In 2021 we made our first order of methanol-enabled container vessels following a commitment to the principle of only ordering newbuilt vessels that can sail on green fuels🤝🏼 At the time, the engineering for such a vessel didn’t exist and there was no process in place to create the green fuel which was going to power it⚡ Today, 2 years later, what seemed as merely a dream is now becoming reality – the world’s first green methanol-enabled vessel will commence her maiden voyage already this summer🌍
