In this episode, I join London Storm Dodgeball Club to see what happens when a “silly sport” becomes a serious competition. From its unexpected origins in military training and missionary schools, to modern European Championships and Olympic ambitions — this game has evolved far beyond the playground.

Along the way, I meet Izzy, who plays for Team England, Matt, who made his international debut for Wales, and Manon, who found community and friendship through the sport.
