5 MIN. FLAT BEANS RECIPE, QUICK AND EASY

INGREDIENTS:

FLAT BEANS – 1 AND ½ CUP
OIL - 1 TBSP
ONION – 1
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
SALT TO TASTE
COCONUT OIL FOR GARNISHING (OPTIONAL) – ½ TBSP

METHOD:

CUT BEANS AND COOK WITH ½ CUP WATER. THE BEANS SHOULD BE COOKED WELL ALSO THE WATER SHOULD EVAPORATE.

IN A PAN ADD SOME OIL FRY IN THE ONION TILL ITS RAW SMELL GOES ADD THE SPICES FRY FOR 1 OR 2 MIN. THEN ADD THE COOKED BEANS AND COMBINE EVERYTHING. GARNISH WITH COCONUT OIL (OPTIONAL).

ENJOY, IT TASTE BEST WITH RICE OR ROTI (CHAPATI).
