About Anastasiia Zhuchenko and Serhiy Barsukov:
Anastasiia was born in Ukraine and began dancing at the age of 4. She has won numerous international 10-dance championships and was a finalist at the prestigious Blackpool Dance Festival in 2014, ranking in the top 19 in 2010. From 2013 to 2016, Anastasiia was the lead dancer for “Fantissima,” one of the most renowned theaters in Europe, located in Germany. She has competed in Russia, Poland, Italy, and England. Anastasiia started teaching in 2008 and joined Accent Dance Studios in 2016. She believes dance is a conversation between the body and soul, finding joy in teaching and witnessing the smiles and progress of her students.

Serhiy Barsukov is a multi-award-winning Professional Ballroom Dance Instructor, specializing in all ballroom styles. He is an accomplished competitor, having won numerous events in the US and internationally.
