When Tootsie was lost in LA for 24 hours, Cinnamon, the rich popular girl was taking over her high school. The mean girl and her best friend started to control all the students in their high school. Students started to fear the incredibly rich and popular girl, Cinnamon Rodriguez. The popular girl made other students do her homework, pick up her dry cleaning and more. When Tootsie comes back to school, she is determined to stop the rich mean girl from taking over her high school, but the only way to do that is to bring back Strawberry, who is the mean girls ex-best friend. But she has to find where Strawberry is. WHERE IS THE POPULAR GIRL? So she must team up with the lost girl's sister to bring back Strawberry so she can stop Cinnamon!
