Also this video starts in NCR and you NEED at least 10,000 coins for this to work. A good way to get it is to go to the craps table in the Den, play craps 100 coins a role. (Gambling skill doesn't do anything to help you win at craps). Save after every time you win, reload when you lose. Note you should have 13,000 coins because the Highwayman will cost you 3000, less if you don't have the fuel saver part found in Klamath. Or you could just get the 10K and walk to NCR.

Also this is based on my experience playing the game that this is the easiest. Any lag in the video is due to fraps not the game.
