Investigation mein pata chala ke yeh pura scam Noida aur Bihar base ek land mafia group ne chalaya.
Main accused hain — Ajit Kumar Raman (Noida), aur Shravan Kumar & Praveen Kumar Patel (Bihar).

In logon ne ek fake real estate company banayi thi jiska naam tha GSM. Ye log camps lagate the, ads chalate the aur logon ko Yamuna Expressway ke paas plots kharidne ke liye attract karte the. Sab kuch genuine dikhane ke liye, nakli registry, maps aur documents use kiye jaate the.

Inhone jo plots beche unki keemat thi ₹25,000 per square meter — jabki actual government rate tha sirf ₹4,300. Yani ki lagbhag 5 guna zyada paisa logon se liya gaya, aur development ka jhootha promise diya gaya.

Police ne is gang par Gangster Act ke tahat karwaai ki. Aligarh administration ne land ko seize kiya, aur property ke documents par bhi rok laga di. Filhaal case court mein hai aur kuch aur properties bhi seize ki ja sakti hain.
