In this Part 1 of our Alvord Desert Adventure, we make our way to this beautiful 12x6 mile dried up lake bed to camp for a couple days during Memorial Day Weekend. We cook some amazing meals, drink some good beers, put up with those annoying mosquitos, explore all sides of the lake, gazed at the amazing landscapes and enjoy being out in such a beautiful part of Southeast Oregon.
