This world quest will be available when a Legion Assault is taking place in Highmountain. This quest takes place within the Feltotem Caverns, which can be accessed by heading north out of Feltotem (near where the falcosaurs are found), then heading to the east. The cave itself can be seen on the map. This world quest won't actually activate until you enter the cave itself. Once inside, you will need to defeat 12 faction-tagged demons (most of the demons here are Feltotem Tauren). You will also need to right-click 4 Demon Tomes, which can often be seen against the walls of the cave. If another player interacts with one, it will despawn, but fortunately they have a fast respawn timer. This is also true of the 2 portals that you must right-click. The 2 portals can be found on the southern and southwestern part of the Feltotem Caverns. Finally, you will need to defeat a demon named Pedagogue Gandorak, who can be found near the portals in the southern part of the cave. This enemy has a few spells, but really the only one of note is a mass fear that sends all nearby players running in fear for 8 seconds. Once all objectives of this quest have been met, regardless of the order in which they were finished, this world quest will be marked as complete. This world quest provides progress for the "Assault on Highmountain" quest.
