This dish can be broken up into 6 main parts
1: Cilantro Lime Rice
2: Garlic Black beans
3: Fajita Vegetables
4: Salsa or Pico De Gallo
5: Sweet Corn
6: Guacamole

1 Red bell pepper
Bay leaf

1 clove of garlic
