At McWilliams & Walden, giving back to our community is at the heart of everything we do. This month, General Manager Dakotah Massie is proud to partner with Stay Focused Ministries to help support and grow their youth mentoring programs right here in Bakersfield.

Stay Focused Ministries is dedicated to guiding the next generation toward success by building strong community bonds and support systems for at-risk youth. Through partnerships with local organizations like Bakersfield Recreation & Parks, Bakersfield Police Department, Probation Services, and other community and faith-based groups, Stay Focused provides crisis intervention, outreach, and life-changing support for families in need.

One of their key programs, Reach 4 Greatness (R4G), focuses on mentoring at-risk youth ages 6–19, helping them unlock their potential, build confidence, and create positive paths for their future.

McWilliams & Walden is honored to support Stay Focused Ministries this month and help spread the word to recruit more youth mentors who want to make a real difference in our community.
