After being a loyal Mahindra fan and owning both the ScorpioN Z8 4XPlor and Thar Roxx, I never expected this level of disappointment. What started as a simple steering return-to-center issue has now become a months-long service nightmare.

Despite multiple escalations, part replacements (steering rack, shaft assemblies, etc.), and repeated visits to Anant Cars Bangalore, Mahindra’s team has failed to resolve a basic steering safety issue.

💬 Here’s what happened:
Steering not returning to center on U-Turns
Wobbling at low speeds during tight turns
Vehicle Steering response lag compared to other ScorpioNs
Contradictory explanations from Mahindra's Area Manager and R&D team

I was told by Mahindra officials that “steering won’t return at 10 km/h” — something I disproved using another ScorpioN. Later, they blamed “completely worn-out tyres” despite visual proof showing otherwise. The communication from Mahindra’s own representatives was evasive and inconsistent.

🔧 Despite changing multiple parts and having the car in service for over 15 days, the problem remains.

👎 This video is not just a complaint—it’s a wake-up call for any prospective Mahindra buyer. The issue is not just with the car, but with how Mahindra handles loyal customers who trust their brand.

⚠️ It’s not just poor service; it’s poor accountability. As of now, I am seriously considering selling the ScorpioN after this frustrating experience.
