From technicians who can operate complex fab machinery to PhD engineers to drive innovation, the United States semiconductor industry is suffering from a labor shortage. This panel will explore methods for the U.S. to educate the next generation of electrical engineers and cleanroom techs while competing for world-class talent from overseas.
