Want Good Business Advice? Get A Mastermind Group To Invest in Real Estate!


Form a mastermind group
A mastermind group is a small number of people - usually about four to six - who regularly get together to hold each other accountable and support each other to reach their goals.
The advantages of being part of a mastermind group are twofold. Firstly, it's useful to push you to take action: when life gets in the way and you're tempted to let your property activities slide, you're less likely to do so if you know you'll need to make a lame excuse in front of your group next week! Secondly, it's beneficial to get an outside perspective on what you're trying to achieve. Good ideas can come from anywhere - and others will often have contacts, suggestions or tips from experience that you never would have come up with on your own.
