Ingredients:
2 cups walnuts, toasted then crumbled in a food processor
4 cups bread flour
1 TBS salt
2 TBS sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
2 1/4 tsp active dried yeast
1/4 cup maple cream
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
olive oil for greasing

Maple cream:
2 cups maple syrup
