This week we went to Edmonton for Canadian Thanksgiving and hit every single coffee shop we'd been recommended. Eric rode mountain bikes with friends, and Paula got to watch her family compete in a rowing time trial. We rushed back to Canmore to avoid driving in a winter storm, and woke up to find over a foot of snow. A swim workout with Jordan Bryden, Ultraman World champion, and an indoor cycling session to cap things off. What a week.
