I got this idea after I paid extra for a "recycled eco-friendly" toy for my dog... it was just a water bottle with a stuffed animal skin over it. It didn't even squeak or rattle... it was just trash in a bag. But I guess all dog toys become trash eventually..... and your trash might become my dog's toy. Save the planet Ya'll.
The MATERIALS YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS include:
A recycled PLASTIC BOTTLE- I prefer the stiffer plastics because the thinner ones tend to get crushed and lose their diaphragmatic capabilities.
A POWER DRILL- or something to bore a small hole into a plastic bottle cap.
A LIGHTER- to heat and melt the plastic rim of the hole so that we can insert our whistle to a perfect fit.
A SQUEAKER- you can purchase these by the hundreds on amazon to make your own toys.
A HOT GLUE GUN- to seal the hole around our whistle.
Pair of SCISSORS
Small PEBBLES OR SEASHELLS
