Confolens, Limoges and Oradour sur Glane; Day 1...the journey starts here.

For a long long time I have had a desire to visit the ruins of the village of Oradour sur Glane in South Central France. The story behind the village is one you should read for yourselves and is a very traumatic one. Having been to the concentration camp of Auschwitz some years ago I thought I knew what to expect but this was different, VERY different! We start as always with the travel day, but just not in as much detail as before! We drive from Coleraine to Dublin via Belfast/Lisburn to meet up with our old friend the MV W.B. Yeats...please join us as we explore a part of France we haven't seen before!
