Not least of which is Good Health. It is however your responsibility to treat your body like a temple, God's temple in which he gladly dwells.

We also need to be aware of how to avoid the dangers of overwork. It is expedient to work for our daily bread, but what good does it do if we are not around to enjoy the fruits of our labors. That is why you should rest after work. God himself pioneered this in the book of Genesis, resting after he created the world and everything in it.

One of the advantages of living a health focused lifestyle is that it teaches you how to prepare for good health in old age. It is possible to postpone the pain of old age or even minimize it to a large extent. Just as spiritual exercise profits much, physical exercise also profits you immensely.
