30368 Fire Rescue Water Scooter is a City Polybag set that was released on January 1, 2020.

The set consists of 33 pieces to make a small boat and related accessories. There is a tiny build made of two parabolas in black and blue stacked on top of each other and a small flame piece on top of that. The boat itself starts with a Dark Stone Gray boat hull which is topped by a 1 x 2 Cool Yellow plate in front, 3 x 4 Cool Yellow plate with angles behind that, and three 1 x 4 tiles running along the side of the top of the boat. Two pieces form the front hood with fire printing in it, and there is a 1 x 1 holder behind that with a handlebar sticking out. Finally, there is a stud shooter with Transparent Light Blue studs as water pieces and ammunition.
