Simon took Rome at turn 40, or something along those lines. On turn 130+, you want call an emergency? That makes perfect sense. I already tried to get Robert the Bruce involved way back when. I haven't met anybody on the map since I've been relegated to turtling down and defending my destroyed, taken cities. Now, so many turns later, the game wants to call for an emergency. Well, that really isn't going to help. Firaxis owns the rights, not me.
