Hello world! How has everyone been? Dropping back in with another filmed session which I hope to continue from now on after popular demand. Thank you all for the love on the previous mix. Stepping into new ways of presenting these mixes has been very rewarding and I'm excited to see where it goes.

In this mix, we return to warm, deep and soulful house music from across the spectrum. Kicking off with some Southern African flavours and then moving into some more soulful and uplifting tracks. Very happy to announce that Heart & Soul will be returning to your dance floors after a long hiatus. This time, I'll be taking over the outside terrace at Jumbi Peckham on Friday 8th November, running tunes from 10pm–2am for a 4 hour spiritual and musical journey.

I'll be spinning through everything soulful spanning bossa nova, rare groove, R&B, soulful house and broken beat. Come as you are, ready for some deep selections and uplifting soulful music from across the spectrum by yours truly. Tickets are free so pull up if you're in town...
