2 Bell peppers I used a combination of red and yellow bell pepper
1 small head broccoli
1 medium red onion
Marinade
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp Herb de Provence

1½ tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
