Kebon Agung Sugar Factory (Malang Indonesia) once had an extensive tramway system operated by steam and diesel locomotives. Although much of the tramline ran through open country, there were numerous places where it paralleled a road. And these noisy spots were as much a part of the scene, which identified the location as Indonesia. The video shows steam locomotives working along busy roads from Sempalwadak to the Mill itself, on the main Blitar Road. And despite a bad blow in the left-hand cylinder, one of the engines is still able to give a decent account of itself. A diesel in this sort of condition would be failed.
