Rosa 'Penelope Hobhouse'

'Penelope Hobhouse' is a Moschata hybrid by John Scarman from 2003, which exudes a wonderful fragrance with rich white clusters of single blooms. Like many other roses, our shrub took a few years to develop this splendor: "Time brings roses"
