In today's Venture Anyway episode, I will be talking about the dangers of putting too much pressure on yourself by setting quantifiable goals. While most businesses can set measurable goals, like in the areas of sales and profit, it's not the case most of the time.

We do have to realize that not all goals are measurable, especially if it is leaning towards self development and personal growth. Setting goals like being more charitable or being more disciplined are examples of things you can’t measure but are important so you can achieve overall success.

It is not necessary that you follow a certain goal framework to a T, but rather have it adapt to work for us.
