Lethal Tempo runes Twisted Fate (TF) with Kraken Slayer to do extra damage every 3rd attack pairing with TF's E skill which do extra magic damage every 4th attack. Also with the Essence Reaver, my basic attack will do extra physical damage after using a skill. I got the Lord Dominik's Regards because it will give me extra physical damage against champions who have higher HP than I do (Tanks like: Amumu, Blitzcrank and Hecarim). Last, you will need Mortal Reminder or any items with grevious wounds if you're fighting against a team with any type of healing or life steal.

Twisted Fate's Skills:
Q - Throws 3 cards into a direction (Good for poking)
W - Only try to get the gold card to stunned enemies
E - Passive, but do extra damage every 4th card (attack)
R - Teleport to a location within range
