TVS is planning to launch a new two-wheeler on August 23. The company has sent an official invite that doesn’t say much about this new launch, but there are subtle hints that it could be the Creon electric scooter.

The official invite had the word ‘electric-fying’ in it, which shows that the Hosur-based company plans to expand its EV portfolio. The image also had four vertically stacked square lights, which resemble the headlamp of the Creon concept unveiled a few years ago. As of now, these are the two things suggesting a new electric scooter launch.

Currently, TVS has only one e-scooter on sale – the iQube. This two-wheeler is the second highest-selling electric scooter in the country after the Ola S1. With the new Creon electric, TVS may want to expand its EV lineup in the country and as well as globally. From the concept, it is clear that the Creon will be a big maxi scooter that will churn out a good performance and will be loaded with many features.

We are pretty excited to see this upcoming TVS electric scooter as it could accelerate TVS’ EV plans in the country. Plus, the iQube is a family-oriented EV with space for a performance e-scooter in the market. TVS would want to take on the Ather 450X with this new EV.
