Black And White Photography in the English Countryside: It's late March in the English Countryside, and the spring foliage is just starting to appear with new buds appearing on the trees. With muted colours and quiet light, I opted for Black and White Photography, taking advantage of the picture style settings on my Canon camera. I travel along the quiet lanes in Suffolk, taking in a view towards Smallbridge Hall (where Elizabth I visited in 1561), and end my journey at an ancient woodland.

Quiet Lanes are routes where visitors and locals can enjoy the natural surroundings and use them for activities such as cycling, horse-riding, jogging, and walking.
