Amir has been obsessed with Philly cheesesteaks, plant based of course, so we knew we’d hit the jackpot at The Modern Vegan near UNLV. They have a huge menu and equally massive portions of food, so go hungry and be prepared to eat! We also had the popcorn chicken and the benedict and you know we really like The Modern Vegan because it was our third time there.
