Skimming by PSiMiTAR is their first single of 2021.
It is a song about the struggles we face in life and how we pull ourselves through to the otherside. Focusing on mental health issues, such as depression. The feeling of just skimming through life without really taking the time to appreciate and acknowledge what is going on around us, when life sometimes feels too much and we feel out of our depth. The importance of talking about our problems and not being afraid to reach out to others for help and support.
This song was written as an ode to Mac Miller and the influence his music has had on Steesh's personal and musical growth.
