Can we get my dad’s 1930 Ford Model A pickup running again?
My dad replaced the distributor in his pickup (after the original broke off in the cylinder head)... we replaced the distributor, but it never would stay running.

In a previous video we found a warped cylinder head. So my dad took the head to a machine shop. We also pulled the valve cover off and removed the valve retainers and springs... and started to check the valves. Now that he has the head back we re-install the valve springs, and cylinder head, and try to get it running again.

You can see it's been a while since we worked on the pickup... I think about 2 years. He removed the headlight bar, and he sanded / primer painted the right front fender... the paint and thick Bondo had cracked down to the metal and was rusting.

Look over the past videos and you will be able to watch the progress of restoration on my dad's 1929 Ford Model A Tudor sedan… which he’s owned for about 70 years now.

I will release more videos as I work on the rest of the restoration of the 1929 Tudor.
