Know about latest Up Gradation of Govt Employees
Notification Dispensation / Upgradation BPS-01 to BPS-16 Employees USC
Utility Store Corporation of Pakistan Pvt Limited has issued a Notification on 12-08-2024 in connection with Upgradation BPS-01 to BPS-16 Employees USC. They will also get a one-time dispensation. The details are as follows:
Upgradation BPS-01 to BPS-16 Employees USC
Special Dispensation for the Civil Servants in the Federal Government for the Employees in BPS-01 to BPS-16 for USC Employees.
The Board of Directors in its 183rd meeting held on 29th July 2024, has approved the adoption of a policy of one-time dispensation for USC employees in line with the Finance Division (Regulation Wing) O.M No.F.NO.((7)/R-1/2014-62/2023 dated 14th February 2023. Keeping in view the salient features/pattern of the said Office Memorandum, the under-noted dispensations up gradations is hereby notified w.e.f 29th July 2024:-

2BPS-06 to BPS-15The incumbents in BPS-06 to BPS-15 will be granted the next higher scale as a one-time dispensation, as they have not availed time scale under Time Dispensation, as they have not availed time scale under Time Scale Policy-2022. However, their substantive pay scales will remain unchanged.3BPS-16One additional interment as one one-time Dispensation.4Up-gradation of the Posts of UDC (Record Keeper BPS-11)
LDC (Junior Record Keeper BPS-09) along with incumbents.
The post of Lower Division Clerk (Jr. Record Keeper) is upgraded from BPS-09 to BPS-11 and Upper Division Clerk (Record Keeper) from BPS-11 to BPS-13 along with incumbents.
Terms and Conditions for One-Time Dispensation / Upgradation

3. This dispensation shall not involve any up-gradation of posts exert the posts of LDC (Jr. Record Keeper) / UDC (Record Keeper).
4. No premature increments shall be admissible on grant of the higher pay scale under this dispensation,
5. The beneficiary of the grant of a higher pay scale under this dispensation shall continue to draw allowances/perks/privileges / etc. sanctioned for their own substantive pay scale. The substantive pay scale is a pay scale that is acquired by Civil Servants on a regular basis through initial appointment / by means of promotion/appointment by transfer.
6. Employees of those cadres who have already been given up-gradation / one-time dispensation earlier are not entitled to this special dispensation.
7. The concerned office will issue the detailed Office Order (by name) to this effect separately after scrutiny of the record.
8. The Notification will really support the employees of the Utility Store Corporation of Pakistan. The employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15 will have higher pay scales. In the same way, BPS-16 employees will have more Basic Pay.

10. On 5th Aug 2024, Finance Department Punjab issued the revised notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 for BPS-01 to BPS-22 employees. In this new notification, the FD Punjab also gave favor to the employees having personal pay.
